Do not recommend doing business here. I ordered garage doors from Bens Supply and Clopay Building Products is the supplier Bens uses. Clopay's delivery driver delivered multiple garage doors at the road at the end of my driveway by my trash cans. I have a longer driveway that a 24ft box truck can very easily pull into and turn around without backing up, which tells me the delivery driver Brandon decided to be very lazy and just dropped them at the road. Absolute worst company (paired with Home Depot) to do business with. Sold me the wrong hardware for my $8,500 garage doors and failed to take any responsibility for the mishap. They refused to simply take back the unused hardware and replace it with the correct parts. Now they won’t even return my calls or emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Better off going with a local company who actually cares about their customers. You will save money in the end. You’re welcome
Simply the best
We ordered a Clopay door through Home Depot. Went up to Service Desk to pay. Since I’m a veteran, I was expecting a 10% Home Depot military discount. After 45 minutes of the salesman and his manager trying to apply the discount, I was told that Clopay doesn’t recognize military discounts! Imagine an American company that doesn’t recognize vets. Shameful is the only word that comes to mind.
