Clopay is the worst company i have ever dealt with, it took 8 weeks plus to receive the door then they shorted my the major brackets to install the rails and the door had a dent in one of the panels. When i reached out to them they assured me the parts and panel would be sent right out 3 months later after numerous calls and voicemails left to them unanswered the door panel and brackets showed up. James provided amazing customer service! he was able to help me with a missing track which is usually a special order, but was able to locate one in stock and delivered it on time. Very caring staff.
No contact for 11 days! Placed a Home Depot order for a garage door opener to be installed. Home Depot assured me the appt. would be made within 72 hours. Dont waste your time, get someone direct.
