Respectful, prompt, on time, and casual. I don’t like that I paid 115 for 20 mins of something of a consultation or evaluation only to tell me what I already told them what my problem was. Their camera was broken (so they couldn’t use it) and the drain machine pulled back mud or dirt ( we already knew this though) so to be honest they still don’t even know if there was a problem beyond that. Honest and efficient company. Long story short, there were some major plumbing issues at my house and as miserable as the situation was they ultimately took care of the issues and I'm back to normal now. Would recommend 100 out of 100 times.
