My experience started with ringing the doorbell at the back entrance, Dr. Nathan answered the door and was kind even though I was at the wrong entrance. The receptionist was friendly and quickly helped me with the electronic paperwork. Dr. Nathan’s exam was informative, he explained why my eye was drooping and what needed to be done. I was impressed.
Dr. Nathan, as he calls himself to make communication easier than the pronunciation of his last name, was highly recommended to me by my long-time ophthalmologist. My field of vision was impaired by low eyelids. My first visit was a real confidence booster. His receptionist/assistant Rae, was exceptionally helpful and friendly getting new patient info filled out. Dr. Nathan was very low key and friendly in his manner. During this post-surgery visit, Dr Pirakitikulr carefully listened to the evolution of my eye conditions. After thoughtfully testing it, he clearly explained my options for the next step. He interacted with calm and great competence that inspired confidence and reassured me.
Dr. Nate is amazing. He’s kind, skilled, patient, and a lovely man. I broke my right orbital bone about 15 months ago and was referred to Dr. Nate by my ophthalmologist.
