I’ve lived here for about six months now and have had a really positive experience overall. The property is tucked away, which is nice being in a somewhat busy area. The staff has been quick to help whenever I’ve needed anything. I recently met the new property manager, Chelsey, and despite her not being here long or even knowing everything, she was approachable and eager to help. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it.
Website photos are very misleading. Photos only show the few remodel units they have. Poor communication.
I wanted to give a big thanks to Jone Naisoro. He is a technician at this complex and is always very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has fixed my washer and garbage disposal, and responded to my service ticket for those repairs next day. The nicest guy and provides the best service experience I've had while residing in an apartment complex.
I have lived in this place for three years; it is clean and has a nice atmosphere, as do the office staff and the two maintenance guys who are really nice. When I need to fix something, they come very quickly. Love this place
Great community with lovely staff! Been here for a year now and I really feel at home. Claudia has been helpful, attentive, and personable every step of the way. The neighborhood is PEACEFUL and maintenance team works hard to keep up with things around the community. Easy access to transit and lots of restaurants. I’m always grateful to have stumbled upon ClockTower! Thanks for all you do.
