I lived here for almost a decade, and while the Seattle area has since gone a little out of my price range as of late, this apartment has served me well for that time. I wanted to share how incredibly grateful we are for their new maintenance technician, Jone Naisoro. He has been absolutely fantastic! Jone spent many hours (well beyond what anyone would expect) helping us resolve a serious flooding issue and repairing our water heater. His work was thorough, professional, and truly dedicated. When I have more time I will write another review in regards to living at The Clocktower Apartments in Lake City but for now as a longtime resident here I will just say that there is rarely vacancies and that speaks for itself. I just want to take the time to commend two maintenance workers I dealt with today. We lost an excellent beloved worker to retirement recently. The ladies in the leasing office at Clocktower Apartments, especially Veronica and Claudia, have been consistently amazing whenever assistance is needed. They are always friendly, patient, and go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and any issues are taken care of quickly. Their excellent customer service is a big reason why living here is enjoyable and residents feel well taken care of.
Lived here for a year, unit already had stains and damage. Noted it, they said it’s fine because they already knew about it. 1 year later claimed we caused stains and damage to the carpet and tried to charge $800 Literally dealt with black mold all around the apartment the entire time I stayed there and was refused the option of a better unit or to move out considering health issues.
