My husband and I have lived here for about 6 years and are incredibly grateful to Claudia and Veronica as well as each of the maintenance staff for their stellar customer service and attentiveness. Whenever we’ve had anything go on in the apartment maintenance wise, the staff have taken it seriously and worked to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I’ve lived at ClockTower for more than two years. I’ve enjoyed my stay, the place is quiet with all the amenities I needed and we’ve amazing staff Veronica and Claudia👏 Issues are sorted out real time and cleanliness is maintained at all times. Above all, I just like their way of communication to the residents. Kudos team!!
It is so refreshing to know that whenever an issue comes up, the management team is completely on it. Veronica and Claudia in the front office are absolutely wonderful and incredibly responsive. While it is an older building with a few minor imperfections—like some older mirrors and paint that isn't totally flawless—I am a bit of a perfectionist and love finding creative ways to work around those quirks to make the space look charming and full of character. The ClockTower is a great apartment to live. Claudia showed me the apartment and how spacious and great it was. Ever since then I was impressed and moved in. Claudia and Veronica made me feel at home with this apartment. Lived here for about a year and its been amazing.
We moved here 4 months ago so far every issue that we encounter to the apartment they resolve as soon as possible . And before we moved, me and my partner live here before so we know the apartment is not as newly build apartments nowadays. So we don’t exceed our expectations. Apartment is quiet and safe . Claudia is very helpful .
