The associate I believe was named Kevin was very helpful and thorough regarding my request. My preparedness was not adequate to receive his assistance, but I would not hesitate to call again. The established storage facilities are highly preferable to the behemoths being constructed especially with regard to handling customers. It makes all the difference.

Regarding U-Haul pick up and drop off, Shelby was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole process seemless and simple. I’ve rented many u-haul trucks in the past and this by far was the best experience. Her customer service was refreshing and much appreciated. Thank you Shelby!
