The Clive Coffee Team provide excellent customer service, even to someone like me that has called them multiple times. I recently ordered the Lucca Tempo, returned it without even opening the box because I decided to buy a machine from a local vendor so if problems arise I can just drive to their repair shop for repairs or servicing.
