Don't send your elderly parents here. My 79 year old mother was pushed around and verbally treated terrible after showing up to her appointment a little late. If the stylist didn't have time to do the cut she should've acted like a professional and said so but don't push an old lady around and scold her and then butcher her hair.She cried all the way home from the appointment. Lucy is the best barber I have ever had. My wife loves it when I get a haircut here. For an older guy, she works miracles in making me look presentable!!

Says, "walk in welcome". I walked in. Spoke with barber. Sat down. Customer left. Was assured I'd be soon. Waited . Then waited more. Then never saw anyone again. I left. Guess I didn't walk right.

Unprofessional…Sade has canceled/rescheduled multiple of my appointments the day of leaving me to go weeks in between my maintenance appointment's. It took almost 5 months to get a response from her. She is not reliable or dependable, schedule is solely based on her time. I have been at this salon for almost 2 years and I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from her.
