Went in for a trim and got half of my hair (over two inches!) cut off by Zach. Then he wanted to argue that he did what I asked when I went back for a refund. You were hungover and talking about partying last night right in front of me. Thanks for cutting off 7 months of hair I was growing out
Horrible experience my husband did not get the cut he was wanting and instead got a cut on his head. Will definitely not be returning.
Made the mistake of taking my son here and I won't do that again. The barber who cut his hair was slow, did not seem to know what he was doing and might have been high. I had him fix some places he messed up, but eventually gave up as we just wanted to get out of there. The music was vulgar and I don't recommend anyone take their kids in there.
