Grand opening was grand today. This younger cousin to Coppermine Crossfit comes of age! The gym in Mill #1 is spacious and well equipped. But you really want to come for Matt and Angie, co owners. They are friendly, encouraging, and ready to help you meet your fitness goals. You willl be feel welcome and inspired the moment you walk into this brand spanking new box.
This is the first week that I have done crossfit, and I am eminently pleased with Clipper City Crossfit. With smaller and more personal class sizes, the instructors take the time to help me with my form and stress the importance of learning the movements before adding weight. They ensure that each session is not only a learning experience but also a great workout.
