Today was my first ever appointment at Clip Joint Downtown with Heather Kattelus and she made me a permanent client. I was SUPER skeptical about going to someone new but she made the whole experience so easy. Any questions or concerns I had she answered. She made me feel so comfortable! She gave me exactly what I asked for and it turned out better then I could have imagined. My hair looks SO much healthier!! Thank you so much!!
My very first appt was with Stylist Stacy Dexter at The Clip Joint North on Thursday, 28 Mar 2019. She took the time to talk with me and find out what my hair needs were and to discuss what she could do for me, and then do exactly what we discussed. I am SO happy with the results and I feel 10 years younger, too!! Thank you Stacy! I will be back on a regular basis for my hair care! I also wish to thank everyone that was working that day at the salon, they were all so friendly to me! What an AWESOME bunch!

Heather Kattelus is AMAZING! I have never really thought my hair has looked great but Heather’s coloring job actually made me feel so good about myself! She is personable and I honestly had a blast at the appointment. Can’t wait to go back ❤️
