Went for the first time last week. Everyone there was super friendly and did everything to make me comfortable and feel very welcome. I would imagine for people who are scared of dentist, this would be a perfect place. My hygienist was thorough (love that) and the fellow taking all the xrays and pics was hilarious.
Came in for a cleaning today and also to discuss my new sleep apnea mouth appliance. I’ve been having difficulty using it because it’s so bulky, but Dr. Albert was quick to recommend bring it back in to see what they could do to help make it more comfortable. I’m hoping to find a solution because it was pricey! Front desk staff were exceptional and welcoming as always. Shout out to Annie Daisy for being so understanding and making me laugh!
I was having an issue with appointments after work was started on my teeth. I received a call from their office but was not satisfied with the information I was told. I called the next day and spoke with Annie, who was a lifesaver! She got the ball rolling, and I am so happy.! Thank you, Annie, for looking into this for me! Clintonville Dental Group has always been the best . I would definitely refer them to everyone!!!
