Have been living here for 2 years, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to live in Clarkston, but not wanting to pay the outrageous prices.
I had a few blemishes on my credit report, but Clintonvilla was able to get me into a really nice place. Management is great and always communicates kindly. So far, I am very happy.
My family and I live here, and really like it. It's very quiet and peaceful. Lot rent is extremely reasonable for the area.
I am a current resident of this mobile home park. The office manager is never in her office and you can't get the maintenance man to reps to a problem to save your life. I recently got an eviction notice saying my lot rent hasn't been paid, when I have all my documentation that it had been. These people cannot get it together.
