No problems here everyone I dealt with was polite & helpful, especially the guy who came out to get my keys from me
Further to a post I previously wrote regarding poor communication from the Service Manager and his Service Advisor staff, and a telephone conversation with the Service Manager, after he received my previous review, the Service Manager responded to my complaint, doing the right thing and invited me back to the Service Centre to fix the noise in my vehicle which had not been present prior to the Service. The vehicle was fixed with no further cost to myself and parts and labour were covered by Toyota Service, Campbelltown, NSW.
Everytime I have been to the service, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rhys. He has always gone above and beyond to help and would recommend to anyone
