Definitely a place to go when visiting Independence, MO.
My family and i attended the Soda Fountain today and it was our first visit. We were not helped or instructed on waiting in line to place the order. Once we arrived at the counter we were not greeted and the two young girls would not smile nor used manners when taking the order. It was so sad to see such poor attitudes and unfriendly service. A very neat place to go and ice cream was delicious but the service was unacceptable and poor.
We liked it so much we went back again. It is now a mandatory stop for us every time we are close to Independence!
