Picked up our new Infinity 6.3 last week from NSW dealership after waiting 4 weeks for “pre-purchase inspection” Met the service manager - totally arrogant & 0 cares for customers Besides the bolts in the spare wheel being loose, 3 bolts holding the axel to the chasis only 1/4 done up, both sides of the roof/side panel join leaking in to the van, the awning not sealed where attach to the caravan, the wiring to the electric brakes nearly touching the ground we have now discovered the stabiliser legs don’t even touch the groun... read more
I would highly recommend the team at 4K RV. Jess & Huss’ were extremely knowledgeable, no question going unanswered. They both took the time to explain the build process, helped us pick accessories and colours to complete our dream van. It’s not just the van you purchase, it’s the service and you can’t beat the team at 4K RV.
