I had a fantastic experience here for both OB and GYN care. Every provider was patient, kind, and thorough with me. I never felt rushed or that my concerns were brushed off. The only downside is that I wish they had a sonographer at the Clarkston location and didn’t make you schedule ultrasound appointments at the Utica location. I’ve had a great experience and highly reccomend this office to anyone looking for exceptional OB/GYN care.
Reception rude and never return your call
I’ve been a patient here for several years, but I recently decided to move to another practice due to repeated negative experiences with the office staff. Nearly every time I call, the person answering the phone comes across as rude and dismissive. Scheduling has also been incredibly difficult. Trying to reschedule an annual appointment meant being told there wouldn’t be another opening for six months. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. I scheduled my annual OB-GYN appointment months in advance. It was rescheduled from September to October, then again to June, and now—right before the appointment—it was pushed to July. At this point, I am over 6 months past when I should have been seen for routine care. What’s most concerning is not just the repeated rescheduling, but how casually it was handled. Everyone in the office are really friendly and always in a good mood. The doctors really listen and address all the questions and concerns, follow up and genuinely care about their patients. I personally had my appointments with Dr Hammer and Dr Simons, they are both amazing and do recommend them 100%
