I’ve been a patient here for several years, but I recently decided to move to another practice due to repeated negative experiences with the office staff. Nearly every time I call, the person answering the phone comes across as rude and dismissive. Scheduling has also been incredibly difficult. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. I scheduled my annual OB-GYN appointment months in advance. It was rescheduled from September to October, then again to June, and now—right before the appointment—it was pushed to July. At this point, I am over 6 months past when I should have been seen for routine care. What’s most concerning is not just the repeated rescheduling, but how casually it was handled. Everyone in the office are really friendly and always in a good mood. The doctors really listen and address all the questions and concerns, follow up and genuinely care about their patients. I personally had my appointments with Dr Hammer and Dr Simons, they are both amazing and do recommend them 100%
