Maintenance or the exterminator entered my apartment unauthorized while I was in my bedroom with the door closed. They then snuck back out when they heard my voice and locked my door. Be careful when you rent from them, they do political comments on the phone (very clearly against democrats). They rent places to people that steal and they won't do anything about it. They hang up the phone on you super rude and no customer service. They take your money and that's it.
