So pleased with the service rep. , Troy Roberts! Came to the dealer to replace fob because I thought it was broken. After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I went to the parts department and had the battery replaced and it’s good as new! Saved me $400 for a new fob. Also Patti in the parts dept. was extremely helpful educating me about using the fob. The were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and appeared happy to help me. Both went above and beyond!

We went to Clinton Honda after having an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealership. We had a positive impression as soon as we walked into Clinton Honda.
