I first inquired about our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport L online. Brad reached out immediately without any pressure wanting to meet our needs through a phone call. I had a bad experience with Honda Annapolis. Even though the salesperson was responsive and they did not have the vehicle that I wanted for approximately a month, the worst part was the trade in process. When I didn't get what I thought was a reasonable trade-in, I was scolded by the manager for blowing up the dealer. That was incredibly off putting. I went to another Honda dealer that day, bought the vehicle I wanted and received more for the trade-in. Bottom line - don't lecture your customers.

I purchased my civic from Honda North back in 2015 and I’ve been coming here for service ever since then. My experience on Saturday with Nygell was great. He greeted me when I got there and within 30 mins my oil change was done and he went over the service report with me with a few items I should take care of my car in the future. The service was efficient and Nygell was great.
