Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk Grove Honda are the most dishonest, unprofessional and unethical. They are negligent and damage cars while overcharging. They take no ownership for damages, and will go at any lenght to lie and deceive and verbally abuse clients who have valid concerns... Just awful place... Mike Silva should be fired, along with this right hand-Viet le....
Love going to Honda North. Always helpful and treated with respect. We have a Honda dealer in our city but prefer to drive to Danvers. During the customer service and excellent service center.

It was a wonderful car buying experience. They had the car I wanted and the finance process was easy too. I highly recommend.
I have been to this dealership a few times before and everyone has always been so kind to me. Joe Vizzi was referred to me by Debbie in the service department (who is also amazing!) Joe showed me cars I was interested in and stayed with me to answer all my questions even at a late hour. Buying the car I fell in love with was so easy with Joe there to help me, I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good service and great cars!
