Honda North continues to be on point with service and customer satisfaction! A few months ago, I went for a 30, 000 mile service for my Honda Fit. Chad took care of me and my car's service seamlessly! The technicians in the shop were great about making sure my car was up to date and alerted me to what I might need done in the future. Our recent buying experience at the dealership was a positive and relatively painless experience. On the other hand, our experience with the service department is that they are generally rude and inconsiderate. So a 5 for our sales experience and a 3 or less for the service department.
