RecommendedI have been seeing my doctor for over 15 years. I had to move away to TX for 5 years and really hated losing my doctor but when I moved back, my doctor took me back. Was so thrilled. He’s been such a great support. Staff has always been friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Malagon's for years. He has always taken my requests seriously, trusts me as a patient, and lets me have an active role in my own care. He has taken a lot of time with me to find the right medications for my conditions, and takes time to ask questions to be sure he's getting a holistic picture. I have also seen some of their female staff for yearly exams, and have always found these appointments comfortable, quick, and easy! If I could give this place no stars I would. My mom has being going there since before dr culbert was even a dr there and my special needs sister has went here basically since she’s been an adult. The nurse has been beyond rude to my mom on several occasions & my moms not said a thing to her. I kept telling mom to go somewhere else if they weren’t willing to help or at the very least be nice to her but she didn’t want to switch because she’d been going there so long. My family member was seeing one of the dr's today with major anxiety issues the way he was treated was totally horrible. He felt so much worse when he left than when he came . I thought doctors were supposed to care? This one didn't , she never connected with him and made him feel so worthless. It was hard for him to open up and he really regretted the decision of opening up to her. Clearly he was in her way and she wanted him to leave! I've had so many of my doctors leave for other opportunities, I don't even know who my doctor is anymore. How can you establish a relationship when it's always someone new?? And I think they must be cash poor. They now collect co pays and deductibles up front and don't even take the time to call to see how much it is. They over charged us 184%! And now want to wait 3+ weeks to refund THEIR error! Surely there is a better practice nearby! I hate this, I've been a patient there since the 80's and in the past there were great d... read more
