I came in on 4/18/2013 for a deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth scheduled at 2pm. I waited in the waiting room less than two minutes. My hygienist was very gentle and informative. Dr. Crawford came back and she reviewed something's with me and discussed our next visit. She also engaged in a conversation with my 9yr old daughter whom she also see. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and helpful. They seemed to really love what they do! They listened intently to all of my concerns and didn’t try to PUSH any unnecessary procedures on me. The dentist even took the time to ask my 8 year old son, about his concerns. The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t get called back until about 4:00; then had to wait for the hygienist to finish up with her other patient before she could see me. Going to Fenton Family Dental was the best experience I had getting a root canal. Dr. Singh-Crawford was excellent, gentle, and had a sense of humor.
I was very pleased. The staff is great and very patient since I have a fear of going to the dentist. Facilities were clean and very well organized. The staff made my 3 year old's first visit a good one. She talked about it all day and showed everyone her clean teeth.
This was my first time visiting Fenton Dental, and I will most definitely return. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The Dr. was very patient & caring she took the time to explain everything in detail which was very comforting. The office was very clean and uncluttered. My experience on my first visit was great, and I'm actually looking forward to having my procecdures done (and I'm very fearful).
