The staff was very professional and caring. I am afraid of going to the dentist, but they did their best to calm me down and were very patient with me.
This is the best dentist offices I EVER been too. The waiting room was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I spent no more then10 mins in the waiting room. The assistant I had Antonio made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok. The hygienist Shanell was also was really sweet and very gentle with cleaning my teeth. She was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Fenton Dental provides professional and quality care to its' customers
Very friendly staff. Staff had a huge calming effect on me. My dentist, Dr. Melvin, was absolutely wonderful. He clearly and carefully explained the issues and what would be expected during and after my procedure. I wish Fenton Family Dental much continued success for years to come. Keep up the great work.
Wonderful Service
The hygienist who did my cleaning was friendly and professional. I actually enjoyed the experience. The doctor who reviewed after and offered a treatment plan was great also. I'm glad for both because my last visit was horrible but I don't recall the persons name who wanted to do treatments I hadn't planned it discussed. I was told by front desk i could post a complaint on Facebook but discovered that would affect the practice as a whole and I didn't want that. Thank you
When I arrived, they were running behind and I didn't get called back for a while, so that made me a little worried. I was also very nervous about my root canal but was put at ease by the dental assistants as well as the doctor. It took a while to get started but they made sure I was numb enough at the site before beginning. Throughout the ENTIRE procedure Dr. Singh-Crawford and Ty made sure that I was always comfortable and felt okay. My experience has always been a good one. I am not a fan of dentist, however, that thought process has since changed since going to Fenton Family Dental. My dentist and her staff are second to none. Top notch with all they do! I am so thankful and grateful.
