I think that staff is very professional. But let the front desk receptionist know to smile more, she is a entry way for people to feel more comfortable. But she is still okay but can improve in this department when answering the phone and greeting people. I did this for years. A smile can make your day.
I was very nervous about my root canal & the Dr. Hosh and his assistant put me right at ease. They checked on me often throughout the procedure and offered me breaks throughout the process.
I like the promptness of service. I didn't spend a long time from registration,treatment to departure. This is the service I respect and expect from a professional establishment. Great job to them all!
Gina provided my deep scaling and she was awesome. I informed her that I was afraid of the dentist and she made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure. Koodos to her and she deserves a promotion.
Nasha and Dr. Hosch were hands down awesome! With the way things happened at the Silver Spring location, I wasn’t sure there would be much of a difference, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. They were very professional, compassionate, and accommodating.
Had a much needed deep scale cleaning
Dr. Singh-Crawford has a very patient-friendly, reassuring manner. She undertook my dental implant procedure with confidence and attention to detail. I'm pleased with my experience with her.
I was a new patient and in pain from a rotted tooth. They fit me in same day and provided a wealth of information on preventive maintenance going forward. Very impressive!!
Dr. Singh-Crawford is real patience and listens to your concerns, and she is really gentle with the needle!!
