So I give these apartments a 5 star because even though there's alot going on. I can tell that they all try to accommodate us tenants. From the NEW maintenance guy, to the cleaning lady and most of all ERINN, hands down! She is an extremely hard worker. She knows her tenants, she works late and does whatever she can to keep everything in order. Ever since Erin took over as property manager, the whole vibe of the community has completely changed for the better. She’s super responsive, organized, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. You can really see the difference in how much cleaner, safer, and more stylish everything feels. Erin and her team have made so many improvements—big and small—that have totally elevated the space. Worst apartment complex ever. Terrible plumbing, MOLD, roaches and terrible management along with homeless breaking in. Oh and they’re deleting people’s REAL reviews.

I am writing this review with great reluctance, hoping to warn potential residents about the serious security issues and complete lack of communication from the management at this complex. The most critical issue is a pattern of break-ins that management has deliberately failed to address or even inform residents about. There have been at least three separate break-ins on the first floor, where individuals climbed the exterior of the building to gain entry through windows or balconies. Erinn King was an amazing property manager! professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She handled everything quickly and communicated with kindness and clarity. She made apartment living feel easy and stress-free, and I always felt well taken care of.
