5 star review from 2019 changed to 1 star in 2025. Management is completely unresponsive to any issue. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, or a response by email. In the past two months I've emailed the management 11 times about the same issue and haven't received a single response. Maybe this will review will get someone to respond.

My experience in the last 2 years of 5 out of living here has been atrocious. Management is completely unresponsive when you even know who management is, I've been billed for utilities from months ago that I already paid when with that month's rent, there was a string of burglaries including my unit while I was actually home and instead of addressing the vulnerabilities that allowed this to happen in the first place, their "renovation" was painting the exteriors, I've had constant issues with leaks - from lighting fixtures t... read more
Moving in was a little rocky BUT Jorge was very responsive to all of our needs and Augie worked fast to fix the few issues we had. Very quiet community, and the amenities are well kept. Simone and I are very happy to be here and love our new home!!
Can’t say enough good things about Jorge . He made the move in process so easy and stress free , great communication , answered all of my questions and made sure the application process was smooth. Best moving experience I’ve had , the unit is beautiful and spacious and the complex is quiet.
