My baby is only 2 weeks old yesterday had her 2nd visit only to be turned away by Dr. Okpalaji and his staff. The cause was because of insurance which I didn’t get because she is only 2 weeks old, and we are still waiting for it to arrive. My health provider told me that new born babies are covered 30 days after birth by their parents insurance. I didn’t think pediatricians would turn away a baby but I guess some are just in it for the money.

We did not turn away your baby and it is not about the money. The doctor already saw your baby twice, in the hospital when the baby was born and in the first week of life in the clinic. On both occasions, the doctor did not ask for payment. Not sure why you're saying all these now. The instructions given to you was clear. They doctor/staffs are warm, jovial, and respond to patients need with urgent attention... I have been there for 3yrs+. I will recommend this Clinic to all/sundry looking for patient care/love, and satisfaction.

Highly recommend Doctor is very knowledgeable and caring not only towards his patients but also to parents. Staff is very professional and kind. Definitely made right choice with this pediatrician!
Great Dr but the staff is kinda rude
This is the most horrible place to take your kids. Retarded ass place sets up appointments and cancels without calling. They literally will close early without notification. We drove to clint on a friday after work and we arrived to a Closed clinic. Btw this isn't the first time. Note to staff- this isn't a store or a business. It's a clinic for sick children. Don't make appointments you can't keep.
