The whole staff very polite and nice. The dr was amazing took time to explain things to me answered my questions and made sure I understood everything and my options. Highly recommend this Dr and his staff. Great chairside manner.
Dr. Merritt gave me a thorough explanation of my health issue and the proposed treatment plan and answered any questions that I had. I didn’t have very many because he explained things so well. This is unusual because I have a Masters degree in a research-based field so I don’t go in blind and not having done at least some preliminary research and usually have plenty of questions. :) As a result, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Merritt, the treatment plan and understand why I need it. Dr Merritt was wonderful. He explained my options and he was very thorough. He didn’t make me feel rushed. I would highly recommended him.
I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Merritt after a cancer diagnosis requiring surgery. He's outstanding. Spent time necessary to explain what needs to happen next, why, and addressed my anxiety driven concerns with compassion. His team is nothing less than stellar. I've rarely seen such precision in follow ups. The (ridiculously abundant) number of times I contacted them while sorting out my care team was handled with equal compassion.
