Charges extra for services I don't want or need and tries to upsell weightloss and beauty products. Doesn't call in prescriptions when they say they will, leaving me waiting hours at the pharmacy. It's tough to get convenient appointments. Very uncommunicative. Overall, I won't be going back.
Dr. Rebecca Nickell is brilliant! She treats my degenerative back issues and fixes me up after "trying" something new. As part of my treatment, she knows my schedule and is forward thinking enough that together we keep me heathy and on the move. I enjoy Clinix in how they promote whole health remedies such as chiropractic procedures associates with other treatments...

I would be remiss not to share a great example of going above and beyond. I was seen at Clinix a couple of days ago for what turned out to be a very painful nasal abscess. Compassionate care was provided from the first minute my exam began. The correct diagnosis was promptly given. Then all efforts were focused on helping me. Injections for pain and antibiotics were first. Then I was offered a blanket and made comfortable in the exam room with lights off as the astute PA noticed I also had chills. UPDATE: After my rant and rave yesterday I received a call back and Sandra took care of my issue for me. She was very nice even though I had kinda lost it on the message machine. (Who wouldn't be a little peeved after 4 months and 3 unreturned messages though?) anyways I just wanted to update because I know what it's like to run a business and try to get one upset person to change their opinion. . . . . . My comments are about Serena Elhard. She is excellent and worked hard on my plantar fasciitis. I am walking with less pain and using orthotics. Probably, I'll need to go back of my foot starts hurting severely.
