I’ve been going here for at least a year now. Until recently my experience has been great. Until the last time I went in my experience was terrible! The front desk girl downstairs was completely rude to me. Didn’t care if I had insurance or anything. I tried giving it to her and she was very impatient. Then today I called to schedule and maybe retry things and I barely got on the phone again with them and barely told them my new insurance and immediately was told no. Like before I could finish. Dr Monheit is the best Primary care doctor, Ive had and Im 62. . His assistant Teckla is wonderful as well. As far as getting back to me. She set up a procedure ( with Dr Kuklos approval) in a a short period of time, as needed, in this situation... I wasnt expecting it to happen. They together are a team, that is truely here for all my medical needs. Thank you Dr. Monheit.
First and only visit. The office and PA did not fulfill my needs during the visit. Neither my prescription or referral was filled correctly via the internet.
Dr. Monheit and Teckla are an amazing team! I am always heard by them and they make sure my concerns are being addressed. Teckla always goes above and beyond in everything she does. I wouldn’t go to any other team. Thank you for all you guys do!
