They still haven't sent me the results of my test after 4 weeks. They don't answer even after reaching out multiple times. Avoid at all cost.
L'agente au téléphone est fort sympatique et très attentive ; je la remercie. Malheureusement, son bon vouloir n'est pas assez fort pour amener l'infirmier clinicien à faire un suivi digne de ce nom, malgré ma demande répétée. Le désintérêt de monsieur S. porte un autre nom : le manque de profesionnalisme. Je les raye de ma liste.
Terrible and shady clinic. I went to their location in Westmount for STBBI testing, the price listed on Clic-Sante was $175. I couldn't pay at the clinic, and instead the nurse just wrote down all my credit card info and later charged me $360. I was told I would get my results in 72 hours and it's been 2 weeks with no results. Currently e-mailing them and just keep getting the same response saying they'll look into it. Avoid at all costs.
