The sign outside literally says "with or without appointment," and the website also mentions "walk-in any day of the week." However, after I arrived, the receptionist told me that I do need an appointment. Totally wasted my time going there.

The staff is very friendly and understandable The environment and the feel is very warming and comfortable I will take one star, since the professionals are harsh and seemingly rude too. Other then that, all is good!

I went twice in a 1 week span, with appointments, expect to wait at least 1 hour and a half even with the appointment, i got redirected to emergency because the doctors don’t have any advanced devices (emr) in place.. here i am waiting 12 hours in an emergency and two hours in cotes de neiges. Horrible! I even asked if i could go private but they refused saying that they will never receive the results from a private imagery place

Je suis extrêmement déçue par cette clinique. Elle est censée fonctionner sans rendez-vous, pourtant, même en arrivant une demi-heure avant l’ouverture et alors qu’il n’y avait personne devant moi, on m’a dit de revenir à 11h. Je suis revenue à l’heure indiquée, et cela fait maintenant trois heures que j’attends toujours. Pire encore, des personnes arrivées bien après moi ont déjà été reçues, tandis que moi, on m’ignore complètement. C’est tout simplement inacceptable et irrespectueux envers les patients. terrible clinic no one picks the call no one gets back once online appointment is booked it takes several days to hear from them and on website it says 48 hours really !!!!!!
