terrible clinic no one picks the call no one gets back once online appointment is booked it takes several days to hear from them and on website it says 48 hours really !!!!!!

Incompétence. Which part of "Walk-in clinic" don't you understand? The "clinic" will turn you down if you "Walk-in" even though you're the only one there.
