Contente d'avoir un r.v. à la dernière minute mais à cette clinique il ne prenne pas en considération que la patiente peux aussi arriver 5 à 10 minutes de retard (trafic cônes oranges.... à ce moment le médecin a décidé d'annuler mon rendez-vous et de prendre un autre patient et je comprends très bien mais il aurait pu au moins me voir entre deux patients puisqu'il a utilisé mon rendez vous pour voir un autre patient. Et les médecins eux ils sont jamais en retard? Très déçue du service!
I was excited for this clinic at first thinking it was different but again same thing disregard to patient care, does not fill out documents on time for patients and I work in the Medical field we never do it late where I work almost sameday because we care for our patients, but some clinics man they just don't give a damn.
I brought my son to this clinic as a walk in appointment because I'm concerned he has pneumonia. The appointment went fine and the doctor sent us for a chest x-ray promising to contact me when he received the results whatever the case. I went immediately for the x-ray but never received a call. I spoke to a receptionist the following day and she advised the doctor would call once he's reviewed the results but again I never received any call. Pour ma part, mes trois enfants ainés sont suivis par le Dr Severe. Il a fait beaucoup pour eux et pour aider toute la famille (requêtes pedopsychiatrie notamment, pour le Gilles de la Tourette de mes garçons) il est très aidant, et très humain. Il y a du avoir un changement récemment niveau support administratif car j'ai toujours une réponse et un soutien rapide lorsque je téléphone. C'était un peu moins le cas avant. Merci
