Doctor refused to see me after being 15min late for my appointment even though i am pregnant. They probably would keep me waited even if i were there on time. Will never come to this clinic again.
Literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone. There’s only one number and it goes through Mieux Être, you wait on hold forever, and when I said I needed to speak with Bloom (where my doctor is) because my pharmacy had sent them a request for medication renewal, or never received the prescription (both have happened), they transfer me over to Bloom, and after another 45mins on hold the reception picks up and hangs up. À notre 1re visite (via le GAP), le médecin (on suppose que c'était un médecin, il ne s'est pas présenté) a examiné notre fille nouveau-né en littéralement trois minutes. Nous venions entre autres pour un pli fessier en Y; il l'a retournée sur le ventre, ne s'est pas donné la peine d'abaisser sa couche et a expédié le truc: "Moi je ne vois rien, voyez-vous quelque chose, vous?"
