No way to actually call the centre and get reception, Ive tried every number, I cannot get them on facebook or instagram despite them sharing these links on their website. I just need an email to send papers requested by my doctor during our appointment which took 2 months to get in order to ask for papers to be filled in and I cant even get that info.
Doctor saw me for 5 minutes, then gave me a requisition in french ( both sides )
This was a very good clinic until it was bought out by Mieux-Etre. My child's doctor left the clinic, and we were assigned to Dr. Rabin who completely ignored my 3 year-old's symptoms and said all was normal. My child was diagnosed one year later in another clinic with austim. After the diagnosis, we asked Dr. Rabin to fill out some government forms to apply for a supplement. Legally, the doctor had a deadline of 30 days to fill out the forms but despite several emails and phone calls, he hasn't still done it after 3 months.... read more
Impossible d’avoir un rdv depuis le 21 février j’ai envoyé ma requête je n’ai toujours pas eu de suivi, j’appelle le numéro indiqué, 18h45 un jeudi donc supposé être ouvert jusqu’à 20h, cela me dit de rappeler pendant les heures d’ouvertures dont le jeudi qui est ouvert jusqu’à 20h…
Notre fille a été à cette clinique et son rendez-vous était à 13h30 et elle a passée très rapidement. La salle d'attente est bien adaptée aux jeunes enfants: jeux, livres et télévision. Pour le personnel, ils sont très efficaces et gentils, que de bons commentaires.
