La clinique est super belle mais le service que j’ai reçu ne vaut pas le prix payé. Le service a été fait par Yael (oxylight ionix facila) elle est compétente par contre aucun explication du travail effectué, aucun commentaire si elle me faisait mal ou non, l’oxygène directement dans mon nez m’empêchant de respirer. J’ai senti qu’elle voulait faire le plus vite possible et passer à autre chose. Great experience! Short wait time (almost wished it was longer as their lounge was so beautiful, relaxing, and offered great snacks!) Dr. Jamie was a pleasure to speak with and she went through every detail thoroughly. My new go-to clinic, for sure!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Amar today for an ear wax blockage. I mentioned to her that I was a very anxious patient when it comes to my ears and how I was nervous. She was super patient with me, and her nurse as well, very empathetic, and took her time so I can feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. They did a great job! I'm very happy 🤩. My first time doing microneedling with Yael was fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable, showing me all the tools. As a woman, she created a welcoming atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be back. I even took a whole membership! I can’t wait to see the results.
