"I want to express my deepest disappointment regarding one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this clinic. It has been over two months since I’ve been trying to reach my doctor. The reception staff refuse to answer my calls, show a complete lack of consideration, hang up on me, and change their story every single time. La plus mauvaise clinique à Montréal !!!
Le docteur que j’ai eu aujourd’hui dans mon rendez-vous, Phillippe Allaire, était vraiment pressé de me traiter. Sans dire bonjour ou au revoir. Je suis là pour ma santé mentale et je me sentais jugé par lui. En plus de ne pas pouvoir traiter mes verrues parce qu’il ne sais pas c’est quoi une verrue. Bref si vous voulez un mauvais service et vous sentir comme un robot sans émotions, allez voir ce docteur.
Dr. Racanelli is so sweet and kind. Classy person. You don't feel all stressed out. She's now my doctor and could not have asked for a better person.
