Update*** september 2024. SO SAD TO HEAR THE CLINIC IS CLOSED. I LOVED THIS LOCATION. DOCTORS ARE NOW AT JARRY. Thank you Dr. France Gélinas and her amazing support staff, especially Isabel for always taking such good care of me. Dr. Gélinas always takes the time to listen to me and directs me to the right specialist. She really is a kind and caring Dr. and I'm incredibly blessed to have her as my family doctor.
Dr. Marc Gagne is a wonderful doctor. He went the extra mile & called me at home to get the name & number of my pharmacy to call in a prescription, following finding a spot on my lungs from x-rays. He then called me back to tell me that the the pharmacy was waiting for me to pick up my prescription. WOW! Dr. Gagne always listens & takes the time to clearly explain things to you. My son is also a patient of Dr. Gagne & respects & admires him greatly. I mustn't forget to mention the receptionist, Gerald, who is SIMPLY THE BEST... read more
The reception team are uncourteous, disrespectful and rude. Lack of customer communication skills and lack empathy.
