This review is specifically about the reception staff. And not all, mind you, but enough. The last time I went in for an appointment, I was told by reception that I didn't have an appointment. I was able to point them to an email and a phone call to prove that I did have one, but since it wasn't in the system, I'd have to come back another day. She was completely unapologetic. Les réceptionnistes répond jamais et quand on n’est en personne elle foutent rien. C’est décevant de voir une aussi belle clinique aussi peu professionnelle à cause de deux femmes qui ne savent pas faire le travail pour lequel elles sont payé. Ça fait 1h je suis en attente, franchement.

Attended this clinic for months now for my first pregnancy needs. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Rompre + the front staff who have proved sharp, attentive, efficient, caring (so important), polite, friendly and extra helpful. This is the very first time I've had a positive experience of the medical system in Quebec so it means a lot to me 🙏 especially for my first pregnancy which comes with all its ups and downs and anxieties.
