I love this clinic! Every time I call to get an appointment there is never a long waiting period and when you do go....you hardly wait long if at all after your appointment time. More importantly even though I have a family doctor there Marie-Pier Asselin (who is EXTREMELY thorough) who is on maternity leave, and I am still able to book appointments within a week with her replacement(s). Lastly, I find the doctors have a really empathetic "bed side manner"...that goes a long way when you go in stressed.
This place has one of the most amazing doctors, Vera Pravong. Her professionalism, ability to listen, and clear explanations were outstanding. I am truly happy with the service I received, and I strongly believe she deserves recognition for her excellent work.
Clinique Indigo is an innovative and patient-centered family medicine clinic that is making a positive impact in my life, particularly through the excellent care I receive from my family doctor, Doctor Maxine Dumas-Pilon, as well as from those of her colleagues I have been treated by. The clinic features a simple yet elegant design that blends industrial character with a calming and inviting atmosphere. Of particular note is the online portal, which gives me 24/7 access to my prescriptions.
