Inclusive isn’t gatekept for the rich. I’m changing my review back to what it was a year ago because all Aranya did for me was get me sussed out because she’s a criminologist when she’s not even my provider and just did me a favour a year ago to help me get help and all I got was nothing. So yeah. Clinics like this that claim to be inclusive but are private and actually exclude the people who need the most help. A joke.
I have been receiving services from Vivago since last 2 years, and my experience has been amazing. I worked with a few mental health clinicians as well as a dietician (Alisia Agostinelli) at this clinic and they have always been super helpful. We all know it’s not easy to find a clinic where the clinicians are “human,” but Vivago is one of those examples where everyone is supporting you through the hardest times. I’ve been very happy with my experience here.
Extremely negative experience for both myself and my daughter. The care we received ultimately caused more harm than good. This clinic should never have taken on our case, as they made promises and set expectations that were not met. We are very disappointed with the outcome and the lack of accountability.
I had the pleasure of attending sessions with Olivia Ruffolo and honestly she has guided me through one of the hardest chapters of my life. Her open and kind approach makes you feel heard and seen. Such a gem I highly recommend if you need a helping hand. Thank you Olivia!!
I’m honestly so grateful for Aranya❤️. I’m a really shy person and usually struggle to open up, but she made me feel comfortable and safe right from the beginning. She listens in a way that makes you feel truly understood, and she’s been there for me during some really tough moments. When I felt completely overwhelmed, she even helped me get organized and tackle things that felt impossible on my own. Her kindness and care have meant more to me than I can put into words, and I’m so thankful I found her.
