Deberian de checar mas sus empleadas de enfrente yo fuy al doctor el lunes llegue alas 10am y nunca me llamaron. Despues de 2 horas vy alfrente a preguntar y ne dicen que ya no me pueden atender� y hoy me hacen lo mismo y yo con escalofrios y gripa y resulta que llego una conosida de la resepsionista de enfernte sin sita y a ella si la paso despues que yo tenia hora y media sentada esperando y vuelvo al frente y me dicen que ya no me pueden atender hasta las 2:30pm y yo llegue alas 10am estoy super decepcionada que tengo que... read more
I called before I came to ask about prices for coming in today as a walk in. They tell me the price, so as soon as I get to the office, I’m told they are triple booked for the whole day and they aren’t taking walk ins. Mind you there are 3 people in the office. If you are booked and not taking walk ins, that’s fine. Just let people know when they call.
ALWAYS short staffed...expect a 2-3hr wait even with an appt.This is ridiculous...easy solve..HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!
