Pues no puedo decir mucho pero acudí a un examen anual como nunca voy,la cita fue a las 8,:45 am me pasaron a un consultorio y me dijeron que esperara ,fueron las 9:45 Y NADIE ME ATENDIO POR LO TANTO ME TUBE QUE RETIRAR DEL CONSULTORIO PORQUE EL DR NUNCA LLEGO QUE ACASO ELLOS POR SER DOCTORES LO PUEDEN HACER A UNO ESPERAR HASTA QUE ELLOS QUIERAN SI NO PEDIMOS REGALADO ESO FUE ENLA CLINICAS MI DOCTOR EN LA GRAN PLAZA FW
Dr. Smith is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. You may have to wait but it's a walk in clinic. I always go back to him with any issues
Great place. Doctors care about their patients and go above & beyond to make you feel better/cure. Staffs are very friendly and attentive to make patients comfortable too. Waiting time is no longer then 15 mins.
Terrible... servicio al cliente necesitan mejorar, el personal de recepcion, cuando llamas para hacer una cita, contestan te dejan en espera y una hora mas tarde te cortan la llamada... no cambio de Dr. Porque la pediatra de mis ninas es buena pediatra.
1st let me say Dr Smith has been my doc for 2 years. I started seeing him right after my amputation. I have many chronic illnesses and he has been dealing with all of them with lots of expertise and when something comes up he can't deal with he immediately sends me where I need to go. Not only Dr Smith but also his entire staff has treated me with the greatest respect. They diagnosed my kid with the wrong sickness. They called 4 days later to advise me that it is much more serious than previously diagnosed. The doctor stated that she would have the correct medicine sent to the pharmacy within an hour. IT TOOK 5 DAYS. They really need diversity in this office. The staff is VERY unprofessional and dealing with any child being ill, they should be more knowledgeable and professional. This clinic is CRAP!!!

There is NO doctor working there. Robert is a PA (physician assistant) I have no idea how this is possible! The appointment means nothing you have to wait for ever.
I did really like dr rodriguez but i was never informed that she left.since shes left my daughter has seen two different docs. They dont take her prematurity into consideration. I took her about two weeks ago and one doc tried to tell me she just had allergies. I finally got them to run tests and she had the flu and a throat infection. Then i went a few days later and apparently the first doc "missed" her double ear infections. Then i go back today and after waiting 2hours they made me go home without seeing my daughter.
