I'm a very punctual person so when I showed up for my children's appt. 20 minutes early to give me time ti fill out paperwork and then have to wait more than one hour for their appt. is not good customer service. Their response is that they are going paperless. On a dental appt? I could see where that would happen on a medical exam but it's a dental exam. Needless to say, they no longer have my business.
