Absolutely terrible staff and service, very unprofessional. They do not keep proper records and are constantly losing prescriptions. Having to follow up with them for anything is a nightmare. They spent minutes trying to pull up my profile as not only did they have no birthday under my account but they spelled my last name wrong and kept asking if I had been there before. I wish I had never gone there. I do not understand how they are registered and operating under OCP
Amazing service, delivered right at door in Whitby. On time received refill and provide detail information every time. Always going for 1 step extra to help. He is my family pharmacist.
“Discount Pharmacy” is right! You get what you pay for customer beware. This place tried to steal my prescription from my regular pharmacy without contacting me!!!
