Had an insurance dispute. After 2.5 years of going here they just cut me off, stopped responding to my emails. Very unprofessional.
One of the worst offices I’ve been to for therapy. I waited for a while to see my therapist. When I finally got comfortable with her, after a month she dropped me out of nowhere due to a “conflict of interest”. You’d think they’d find the conflict of interest before me having sessions with her for a month and getting comfortable and sharing everything with her already. Like anywhere there are pros and cons. My Suboxone doctor is absolutely great. He is thorough, caring and makes things happen quickly. My therapist is also good, she checks up on me even between our appointments. But like everywhere else in the Pittsfield area I am striking out in the psychiatrist department. I have been hitting dead ends with being put back on my correct psych meds (I moved here a year ago). There is one medmy psychiatrist won't approve unless she has documentation. My bf and I supposedly have therapists there, but when I call to make appointments for us, no one ever returns my calls. I’ve left messages with the woman that I’m told is my therapist, and I’ve left messages with her supervisor. No one returns my calls. I’ve left messages on behalf of my boyfriend, too, with a person that’s supposed to be his therapist, and he’s never gotten a call back, either.
