A friend has waited all day for someone to call him back as he is missing parts and has missed doses....no one called him back yet and he called this morning. SCARY
Only rating at 1 star because going lower wasn’t an option I switched to option care following a procedure because I was told it was a good company. My doctor continues to contact them explaining the medical necessity of me receiving feed and flush bags and they keep refusing to send them due to their dietitian claiming it’s not a medical necessity.
