Option care is a great company. They do whatever it takes to get me what I need, even if my pump goes out in the middle of the night they will get me a replacement ASAP.
For approximately 8&1/2 years we receive medical supplies through Clinical Specialties, which included supplemental tube feeding monthly for my now 45 yr old totally paralyzed, nonverbal son with MS. My son had to suddenly have Emergency abdominal surgery and was hospitalized a little over three months; Once he got home, I called Clinical Specialties to resume our order for supplemental nutrition And I was told by their supervisor Megan that I “had called them several times and canceled our order”, which was and is a lie. I’ve been with option care for all my infusions an exc I’ve been with them for many years I recommend this company to every body the pharmacist an nurses are awesome they really make u feel good
