We see April for our 7 year old son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy every week and are beyond pleased with her nursing. Liam has come to know and trust April, which makes a difficult situation less stressful. She has always been on time, courteous and accommodating to our family's hectic schedules. We would not wish the necessity of her visits on any other children or family, but highly recommend her services.
A family member of mine uses Option care services and I will say there team all of them has been AMAZING From our Nurse Zack to the dietition Jenny who is truly AMAZING AND CARING when we talk to her ♡
Delivery service has always been as promised. What I did find out too late is that a set dollar amount is in place for your goods. Should you decide you don’t need all of them there is no refund for items you choose to refuse.
Dealing with the Optional Care team is always a pleasure. They are all very helpful and friendly!
