Our experience with Option Care has been very good. The trainer we met in hospital prior to discharge explained the home going equipment and procedure with us and had us repeat, successfully. The original supply kit was delivered on time. My appointment for dressing change and blood tests was right on time , done by RN at facility. Seems well organized and staff is kind and friendly
I Am a new patient. So far my experience has been only favorable. I receive my first infusion next week. Hopefully I will still feel this way after that.

Option care is a great company. They do whatever it takes to get me what I need, even if my pump goes out in the middle of the night they will get me a replacement ASAP.
For approximately 8&1/2 years we receive medical supplies through Clinical Specialties, which included supplemental tube feeding monthly for my now 45 yr old totally paralyzed, nonverbal son with MS. My son had to suddenly have Emergency abdominal surgery and was hospitalized a little over three months; Once he got home, I called Clinical Specialties to resume our order for supplemental nutrition And I was told by their supervisor Megan that I “had called them several times and canceled our order”, which was and is a lie.
