Prioritizing fees over patient satisfaction is a terrible practice. I never signed the waver to charge my card for their BS cancellation fees, but the office still decided to charge my card without my consent. I asked to get in contact with their legal department and got ignored. Luckily, the bank dispute ruled in my favor so I didn’t have to involve my lawyer.
Well I just wanted to leave a short review. I was having a full on panic attack trying to fill out the forms. Cruz stayed on the phone with me while I was crying. She was very kind and patient. I have been receiving services from Clinical Solutions LLC since 2018. It is very rare that patients find a mental health provider that is compassionate, patient, understanding and willing to actually listen. Clinical Solutions LLC is the best. From the clinical staff like Ms. Yesenia to all the support staff (front office). I've been here for an unacceptably long time (20 min past appointment start) for a 45 minute appointment but the waiting room chairs are comfortable so I guess it's not their fault I have a tumor in my abdomen. Being in pain to come to this appointment was a given but now my appointment is almost half over and I'm still in the waiting room.
