If I could give zero stars I would. Signing up for payment plan was difficult and the fact you have to call in every month to make the payment instead of having automatic payment is ridiculous. Then you make a final payment and they send it to collections acting as if they didn’t receive payment even though your bank or credit card statement shows payment was made on time.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is horrible to deal with. It started when I had a visit to the ER. About a month later, I received a very cryptic text message telling me that my "Statement was ready and could be viewed by following the link". I received about 3 messages like this and I ignored all of them because that was all that was said. They didn't include a bill amount, the name of the company, or what the bill was for.
