I would give zero stars if possible. This company is horrible to deal with. It started when I had a visit to the ER. About a month later, I received a very cryptic text message telling me that my "Statement was ready and could be viewed by following the link". I received about 3 messages like this and I ignored all of them because that was all that was said. They didn't include a bill amount, the name of the company, or what the bill was for. I set up a payment plan with a customer service representative and then went on to uphold my side of it. I had been paying it down, and went into my account to pay it off last night only to find that they turned it over to collections.
