Crowded waiting room. People has to wait out in the hallway. Wait time with appointment is uncceptable. I do not reccomend coming to this lab at all.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. The two women at the front desk are extremely rude and demeaning. They have aggressive attitudes and clearly do not want to be there. This was at 7:30am btw. What a great start to anyone’s day with service providers being rude on a Monday. I have never had an issue with CPL locations but this one needs completely new front desk staff immediately!
Not the best CPL to go to,
Have been going to this location for years. Made appointments and usually was in and out within 30 minutes. Not anymore! Now they seem very disorganized and the wait time is long (even with an appointment). This place has really gone down.
Horrible customer service, girls just talk and talk amongst themselves instead of assisting patients. Had an appointment to drop off, arrived on time, let them know it was a time constraint item. Still waited 10 minutes past appointment time, again had to inform them it the item had a time constraint, as the employees were chatting in the back. 15 minutes later finally one of them came out front to assist. Need to focus on customer service instead of chatting with each other.
