How are you scheduling appointments and then be closed
I signed up for 7:30 appointment. Arrived 7:15. Didn't get seen until 8am. Many people in the lobby waiting longer than me because they were walk ins. They only have 2 workers that can withdraw blood. You definitely need to have patience when going to this place.
Crowded waiting room. People has to wait out in the hallway. Wait time with appointment is uncceptable. I do not reccomend coming to this lab at all.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. The two women at the front desk are extremely rude and demeaning. They have aggressive attitudes and clearly do not want to be there. This was at 7:30am btw. What a great start to anyone’s day with service providers being rude on a Monday. I have never had an issue with CPL locations but this one needs completely new front desk staff immediately!
