My husband has had two evaluations at this Facility and I was given comprehensive written test results and telephone reviews. They were very kind and patient and sent out a copy of the results very quickly as I had misplaced the originals.

I went here to get an eval. They were so quick to get me scheduled for an appt and told me that they would get back to me with the results within a couple weeks to go over them via email. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I needed my eval results to give to the necessary parties in order to receive much needed accommodations. Left a voicemail and the person that called back was very rude. I couldnt hear her on the phone because she had something playing in the background and she was incredibly disrespectful when I asked her to repeat herself. Very disappointing to have staff like her in a place thats meant to be welcoming, especially for those going through difficult pscyh problems. If i could give zero stars I would.
