I had an evaluation in July due to issues I continue to suffer from after a concussion. I was told I would receive a call from my attorney once he received the results from them in about two weeks. After leaving numerous messages I finally got a call back. The woman told me they were moving and short staffed and that I should get my results in a few days. That was in Sept. It's now 4 and a half months and no communication to my lawyer or myself and no results. Please look elsewhere for care unless lackluster service with no ... read more

Worked with the doctors and staff numerous times and everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any evals with future clients.

My husband has had two evaluations at this Facility and I was given comprehensive written test results and telephone reviews. They were very kind and patient and sent out a copy of the results very quickly as I had misplaced the originals.

I went here to get an eval. They were so quick to get me scheduled for an appt and told me that they would get back to me with the results within a couple weeks to go over them via email. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I needed my eval results to give to the necessary parties in order to receive much needed accommodations. Over a month after my eval, I receive my results in the mail (I was told they would arrive via email). I was never contacted by the office again to go over my results and ask questions.
