This is strictly a review for the receptionist and new patient forms. The receptionist is impossible to hear on the phone because she doesn't speak loud enough. She's also very difficult to understand. Additionally, I spelled my name out for her multiple times and she STILL butchered it on my file. In addition to MANY typos and odd wording in the new patient forms, they also have "mental retardation" as an option on the form under the family history. Accommodating, fast but still thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, understanding, and comfortable.
