In my case this was a scam. I'm not sure about this particular location that I have never been to - but the scammers pretend to be a collection agency from this location. I called Cleveland Clinic just to make sure I didn't have a remaining balance and they informed me this collection agency is a scam. In my case the collection agency goes by "Receivables Management Partners, LLC", but they seem to like to use this particular location, maybe others, to try to steal money. I just got off the phone with the Cleveland Clinic to clear up a bill pay issue. Even though my account says I have a zero balance, I'm getting notices that I owe money to the Clinic Medical Services LLC. It looks like a third party, and when the phone number didn't work, I called the number I found on the internet which said I was calling San Juan, Puerto Rico. A woman answered in Spanish and could not find my account. ...I wonder how many people have been scammed by this company that says is located in Ohio. Wow. Just wow.... read more

To everyone complaining that this is a scam, it's not. They are the 3rd party company who bills for cleveland clinic radiology services. Get your lives together. geez.
